Capistrano Valley CA senior Alyssa Bautista placed 21st in the girls national final at the Foot Locker Cross Country Championships, covering the 5-kilometer course in 18:30 at Balboa Park's Morley Field in San Diego, Calif. Bautista became the first Capistrano Valley athlete to compete in the Foot Locker final.
