Devin Ibarra, a senior at El Diamante High in California, placed 33rd in the 5-kilometer boys championship race in 16:06.1 at the Foot Locker Cross Country Championships at Balboa Park's Morley Field in San Diego, Calif. Ibarra became the first national finalist in program history.
